King Abdullah Specialized Children’s Hospital – is pleased to announce the availability of a scholarship opportunity to pursue Residency Program in General Pediatric.

The position is open for competition among interns and junior residents and the basic requirements are:

1-     Saudi National

2- 35 years old and below

3- MBBS Degree with a GPA of 3.5 & above

4- Saudi Licensing examination result

5- USMLE or Canadian evaluating exam result

6- Registration/License from Saudi Commission for Health Specialties

7- Not currently/permanently employed with other government hospitals

8- Having an offer/letter of acceptance from recognized training institution overseas is an advantage

The chosen candidate who met the requirements and passed the interview will be endorsed for 5-year residency program preferably in North America. Also, he/she will be required to work in the Pediatrics Dept. prior to scholarship. Upon return, he/she will be assigned to KASCH.
